What is Junior Achievement? Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization that teaches children economics that will carry them throughout their life. They learn how to run a small business, handle a checkbook, pay bills, purchase things for the business, read utility meter, and make a profit. These are things that many young people today don't know and get to adult life and aren't aware of. JA goes into the school system and teaches these things into the classroom and through their hands on town, BizTown. Junior Achievement is getting to the root cause of many of our economic and financial problems. JA needs volunteers and financial support. Volunteers have pre-written curriculum and teach in the classroom. For more information about Junior Achievement, visit

ISO Ratings- Things to Do to Keep Your Insurance Costs Low. ISO Rating- Insurance Services Office Ratigs are from 1-10 for communities and their fire ratings. The lower the number, the better you are. When you are higher up, you are unprotected. These ratings can explain why the same house in two different cities have different insurance costs. Take these things into consideration when you want to live in a certain area, such as in the country. They have been able to correlate that people who take have better credit ratings take better care of their property.
Special, Broad and Basic insurance Coverage- Many times people just look at price. It is important to look at what you are getting for that price. Make sure you know what you want to insure it against. Basic lists what it will cover you for, if it is on the list, you are covered. For Broad, it is an expanded list. If it is on the list, you are covered. With Special Coverage, on the other hand, if it is on the list, it is not covered.
With basic and broad, it is your obligation to show the insurance company that what happened was actually what was on the list. With special coverage it is the insurance companies job to prove that what happened was considered a not covered item. When you get homeowners insurance, it is usually special coverage on the home but broad on the belongings.

How do I exterminate Green or Blue Bottle Flies- They are about 1.5 times the size of a typical house fly. When people call and say they have lots of flies in my house, it usually tells you that something has dies inside your house. When you see the flies, it has already taken care of itself. Basically the fly has come in and laid eggs in the dead or decaying animal. The eggs hatch in a few days and the maggots eventually turn to larvae and then flies. Many times, there is noting we an do when something has died in the house, without damaging walls or something in the process. The smell will usually go away in 4-6 days if it is a small rodent.
