How do keyboxes work? The keybox uses a daily changing electronic key that Realtors use to access your home for viewing/showing purposes. Realtors not only have a special key but also a special code. When the key is used, the serial number listed with that key is registered as accessing that home.
For other options, ask your Realtor to put timed access on your keybox so that it can't be viewed only at designated times.

When can I sue over mold issues? When you have health issues as a result of mold in your residence or place of employment you may have circumstances where a lawsuit may be effective. Make sure that you report the mold issues to your landlord or employer so that they have an opportunity to repair the issue first. Many mold issues are easy and inexpensive to repair. Just because you have been in contact with mold, however, does not mean your health problems are a result of that mold problem. Physicians need to examine the patient to ensure that health problems are a result of mold.

What color and products should I use when remodeling my home? The more expensive the remodel, the more neutral it should be. Keep in mind, that styles change and if you go to resell your home, you probably won't want to spend a lot of money to make changes as a result of a particular style of remodeling.
What is the Bug of the Week? The June Bug. Grub worms problems can be a result of June Bugs. They eat the roots of your grass and can cause damage to your yard. Lawn treatments for this will kill fleas, ticks, grub worms and other pests and are relatively inexpensive.
