I have been remiss in writing to you about the excellent service rendered by Floyd McNair. My friend, Steve, recommended you about two months ago and I sent you an email requesting your services. The very next morning Floyd called me and we discussed philosophy and I decided to contract with him. Floyd met my wife and spent two days showing her two dozen houses and she settled on one and Floyd was very helpful with the negotiations and all of the follow through to the conclusion of the purchase. Floyd contracted with the inspectors and met them at the house, recommended the homeowner's warranty as an option to protect us, met with my representative to do a reinspection of the house and otherwise provided great customer service.

Where the value of an agent like Floyd came in was at the closing. I know that Floyd has clued you in to the septic tank issue that arose at the closing. Floyd immediately took me out of the room so we could discuss the situation and a game plan for resolving this very important issue. I told Floyd that there was no way we would close on this house and yet because of his quick actions we did close that day. Floyd jumped into action, letting sellers know the issue was serious, talking to the closing agents and using their fax machine to receive faxes regarding the septic tank and when that was not sufficient for me, he somehow got in contact with the project engineer and got him on the telephone for me. Thanks to Floyd, we temporarily resolved the issue to the extent that I agreed to close on the purchase.
